The Swedish Jewess offers print-on-demand products including apparel, home décor, wall art and accessories.

Every product is produced specifically after an order has been placed. As a result, slight variations in colour, print placement and dimensions may occur. Product images are intended as illustrations and may differ slightly from the final printed product due to monitor settings and the printing process.

All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout.

Prices may change without prior notice but never after an order has been confirmed.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or local fees charged by their country.

Payments are securely processed through PayPal.

No payment information is stored by The Swedish Jewess.

Orders are processed only after payment has been successfully received.

All products are manufactured individually through our trusted print partner Gelato after your order has been placed.

Production usually begins within one business day.

Estimated delivery times shown during checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping times may vary depending on destination, customs clearance, holidays and circumstances beyond our control.

We ship to most countries worldwide.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that products may legally be imported into their country.

The Swedish Jewess cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs authorities or postal services.

Because every product is custom-made immediately after an order is placed, orders can only be cancelled or modified before production has started.

Once production has begun, cancellations are unfortunately no longer possible.

As our products are manufactured individually on demand, they are generally exempt from the statutory right of withdrawal under applicable EU consumer legislation concerning goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised.

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us through the website contact form within 14 days after delivery.

Where appropriate, we will offer a replacement, refund or another suitable solution.

Normal wear, accidental damage or dissatisfaction with size or colour differences that are inherent to digital printing do not constitute defects.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please include:

• your order number

• a description of the issue

• clear photographs of the product and packaging

This allows us to investigate the issue with our production partner as quickly as possible.

We strive to display product colours as accurately as possible.

However, colours may vary between computer monitors, mobile devices and the final printed product.

Minor colour differences are therefore not considered manufacturing defects.

All artwork, illustrations, designs, photographs, logos and written content displayed on this website are the intellectual property of The Swedish Jewess unless otherwise stated.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed or used commercially without prior written permission.

The Swedish Jewess shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or purchased products, except where liability cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

The Swedish Jewess shall not be liable for delays or failure to fulfil contractual obligations caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, transportation disruptions, technical failures, governmental actions or war.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Sweden.

Mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in the customer's country of residence remain unaffected where required by law.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably shall be handled by the competent courts of Sweden unless mandatory legislation provides otherwise.
